Tinted SPF 40

DermaFix Tinted SPF is a SPF 40 broad spectrum, SANS approved UVA/UVB/HEV light protection sunscreen offering the additional benefits of colour corrective coverage. SANSA tested in a photobiology laboratory. This can be used on Fitzpatrick I to IV and blends well into these skin tones camouflaging redness and irritation after in-clinic skin treatments. Utilizing Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, this sunscreen effectively protects from a wide range of UV light. Key Ingredients: Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide

    Zinc Oxide: Zinc Oxide has been used topically for centuries as a skin protectant and for wound healing in many formulas. Its ability to protect in the UVA range is much higher than titanium dioxide. Zinc Oxide absorbs, rather than scatters most UVA rays (titanium dioxide primarily scatters the rays). Therefore, ultra-fine, transparent zinc oxide (Z-Cote®) closes the window in the UVA range. Its protective abilities cover UVB and a majority of UVA radiation. Zinc Oxide may be the most used topical protection of all time.
    Titanium Dioxide: A physical, inorganic mineral compound which reflects, scatters and absorbs UV radiation to 360nm.

    Apply to the skin following the appropriate DermaFix serum and moisturiser.
    Can be applied after in-clinic advanced skin treatments.
